Andrew here from The Complete Coach. Fitness has been my passion all my life and my career for the past 15 years. From martial arts, to powerlifting, boxing to CrossFit I have always loved training. This place has been built with that in mind. We have a fully functional Crossfit gym which is surrounded by tracks and trails for long and short distance runs and hikes (and some weighted vests and sandbags to take up the hills if your brave enough). So come and work up a thirst before enjoying a steak and a beer. 
(All gym equipment is “listed” in photos below so you can see how much of everything that is there is in case you require more than we have, gym is well stocked for Crossfit, weightlifting, powerlifting, boxing and general fitness for up to 6 people training at the same time).

  • Various boxing equipment including a ‘Sparbar’ , and various other gear.
